Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your Growth Blueprint for any reason, you may be entitled to a refund or a free re-generation under the terms of this Policy. Please read carefully — the eligibility window is 14 days from delivery, and certain types of dissatisfaction (such as disagreement with the recommendations or business outcomes after implementing them) are not covered.
14-DAY QUALITY GUARANTEE
All refund or re-generation requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days from the date your Growth Blueprint was delivered. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible.
WHAT IS COVERED
A request submitted within the 14-day window may be honored, at our discretion, if your Growth Blueprint contains a material quality problem. Material quality problems include:
- Factual errors about your store, such as the report referencing products, collections, or features that do not exist on your site.
- Sections that are blank, incomplete, or incoherent.
- Recommendations that are clearly not applicable to your store, such as advice for a niche your store does not operate in.
- Technical failures we cannot resolve, such as the report page not loading, the PDF failing to generate, or the delivery email never arriving despite our retries.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR RE-GENERATION
Because the Growth Blueprint is a digital deliverable, there is nothing to physically return. To request a refund or re-generation, email info@little-shell.com within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your Audit ID (shown at the bottom of the report page).
- A short description of the issue. If the issue is a factual error, please point us to the section so we can verify.
- Your preferred resolution: refund or re-generation.
REFUNDS
After receiving your request and reviewing the report, we aim to respond within two (2) business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Please allow at least ten (10) days from approval to fully process your refund.
EXCEPTIONS
What is not covered: Refunds and exchanges are not available in the following circumstances: (a) disagreement with the recommendations or strategic advice contained in the audit report; (b) dissatisfaction based on business results, sales, traffic, rankings, or other outcomes following implementation of the recommendations, as such outcomes depend on factors outside our control; (c) requests submitted more than 14 days after the report was delivered; or (d) audits where the customer submitted a website URL they did not own or were not authorized to audit. Submitting a URL you are not authorized to audit is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate termination of access without refund.
Exchange clarification: For purposes of this Policy, "exchange" means a free re-generation of your audit report. We will re-run the audit on the same store URL, applying any technical fixes or improvements relevant to the issues identified. A re-generation is treated as the equivalent of a refund for purposes of this Policy and uses the same 14-day eligibility window.
Chargeback clause: If you believe there is a problem with your audit, please contact us at info@little-shell.com first so we can resolve it. Filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer before contacting us bypasses this Policy and prevents us from making things right. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of access to the Services and may be disputed by us with your card issuer.
Discretion clause: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to grant refunds or re-generations outside the strict terms of this Policy in cases of clear technical failure, duplicate charge, or other extenuating circumstances. Any such accommodation does not constitute a waiver of this Policy and does not entitle other customers to the same accommodation.
